Nicola is a diversity and inclusion consultant for Green Park, working with clients around the world to improve and accelerate their levels of inclusion. Nicola’s experience is underpinned by extensive credentials in the field of culture. She holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication from Birkbeck University with a first-class thesis centred on Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and CIPD Level 7 (Master’s Level) in Employee Engagement. She is also a coach through training endorsed by International Coaching Federation (ICF). Before joining Green Park, Nicola worked for Eversheds Sutherland LLP as their Head of Diversity and Inclusion and created the first dedicated position for diversity and inclusion in the John Lewis Partnership. As their Head of Diversity and Inclusion Nicola worked with the Partnership, Waitrose and John Lewis boards and senior management of the company to develop its inclusion capability.

After participating in a global LGBT+ Leadership Contest in 2017, he started consulting with BAME Recruitment Ltd as their Managing Director to make a difference to both clients and candidate experience around D&I initiatives. Chico has just completed his MBA at Durham University Business School focusing on Management Consultancy and Leadership Culture. Since retiring from the RAF in 2015 Michelle has undertaken public speaking engagements and is writing a book about her operational experience and her subsequent journey with PTSD. Michelle also delivers Mental Health workshops and lectures; and carries out workplace assessments on stress related absence.

Ata identifies as LGBT+ and is from a South Asian background. In 2017, Joanne Lockwood founded SEE Change Happen, an Equality Diversity & Inclusion Practice focusing on LGBT+and more specifically providing transgender awareness and support to organisations and businesses all over the UK. Joanne is the first openly transgender past National President of the 90-year-old Men's Club, The Round Table. In 2016 she embarked on her personal rebrand, selling her IT services business and transitioning at the beginning of 2017. Through these experiences, she delivers keynote speeches, seminars and workshops to promote and support transgender individuals breaking down misunderstandings and the fear of 'getting it wrong'.

Over two decades, Gamiel has developed and delivered numerous Diversity, Inclusion, inclusive leadership, Unconscious Bias and Positive Action change programmes to develop inclusive cultures in organisations of all sizes.
