​This Is Us Conference

Perhaps the event we are the proudest of, This Is Us Conference, is our very own event that we put on yearly. The conference is dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. 2020 is now it's third year, and it's expanding every year. When running the conference, we have faced our fair share of challenges, particularly in 2020! We always intended for our conference to be in person this year, as it has been previously, but the COVID-19 pandemic has had other ideas. As a result, we have had to pivot our entire conference model, from a paid, in-person event, to a fully virtual event for which tickets are free.

Far from seeing this as a bad thing, we are proud of the way in which we have embraced every new challenge, and produced a conference that is even bigger and better than before! Taking the conference online has meant we can reach even more attendees than ever before, and have more speakers to share their expert opinions. Reaching more people and sharing our passion for advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace for women, BAME, and LGBTQ+ people just advances our mission and we're so pleased to be able to do it!
